How are Exchanges handled?

Exchange Policy

Our main objective is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. While we generally accept exchanges, we hope that you make the right choice about your size and/or color before making a purchase.

You may request an exchange for your purchase within 10 business day of receiving the package. The item must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached.
Nini K Boutique prides itself on having a large selection of your favorite names, and in order to continue offering customers/clients the most complete collection along with numerous sizes and a competitive price, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS
Sale of heavily discounted and Clearance items are FINAL and CANNOT be exchanged for a different size or another item.
Items such as Bridal Gowns, Jewelry, Handbags, Undergarments, Swimwear, and Bridal Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange. In addition, Special Order items, and Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or return. 

You are responsible for exchange shipping costs. 

Refused Packages

If you refuse a package from Nini K Boutique, we will treat it as a return without authorization, no credit will be issued for the cost of the item. You are responsible for any new shipping cost.

Items Sent Back Without Return Authorization Code (RA Number)

If you send back an item to Nini K Boutique without first being issued a return authorization code (RA Number), NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. Please contact customer service at 1 (443) 661-4558 for more information on exchanging an item.
In the event of an exchanged item, shipping charges are non refundable.

We'll pay the shipping costs if the exchange item is the result of our error (you received the wrong or defective item).

If you need to exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Are items on the website always available?

Despite our continuing efforts in adjusting the website merchandise with our stock, occasionally be some items that appear on the website that are in back order or out of stock. If this occurs, a member of our team will immediately contact you via email to notify you. The customer/client will then have the option to exchange the purchased item or get a refund. The products listed at are subject to change.
